Our family is heartbroken to announce that we have lost our beloved mother, Sylvia Jean Wagner, 84, of Meyersdale who passed away peacefully at her home on January 15, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Midlothian, Maryland September 30, 1941 to the late Charles and Vera (Barnes) Ware. Preceded in death by her husband, William Wagner, Sr. Brother, Raymond Ware. Great Grandson, Myles B. McKenzie. Survived by her children; Cindy (Randy) Rosenberger of Confluence, Lynn (Forrest) Harvey of Montverde, Florida, Debbie (Lenny) Day of Meyersdale, and Bill (Julie) Wagner of Somerset. Ten Grandchildren and Twelve Great Grandchildren. Brother, Ronnie Ware. Sylvia found great joy in supporting and attending her grandchildren's extracurricular activities. Sylvia's calling in life was to help others she was an LPN and a caregiver for many years. Sylvia was known for her delicious cakes, her passion for baking was a testament to her dedication to making lives of others more beautiful. A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren with Pastor Eric Shaulis officiating. Inurnment will be private at the Salisbury Elk Lick Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Interim Hospice or Mary Grace Foundation at 322 Warren St. Suite 250 Johnstown, PA 15905 in memory of Sylvia. Arrangements by the M.
