Shirley Ann (Haer) Oakes

Shirley Ann Oakes, 82, Garrett. Died March 27, 2018 at her home. Born in Rockwood August 22, 1935 to the late Curtis and Carrie (Colflesh) Haer. Preceded in death by brother, Curtis Haer. Survived by her children; Dean (Brenda) Oakes, Rodney Oakes, Eugene (Missy) Oakes, Tammie (Mark) Rudicil, Pam (Charles) Morgan, Roxanne (Leeroy) Brant, and Sheila Oakes (Duane). Fifteen Grandchildren. Numerous Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren. Brothers; Ray Haer, Barry Haer, and Randy Haer. Sisters; Frances Humbert and Lois Cox. Shirley was a member of the Meyersdale Ambulance Association, Garrett Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, Chamber of Commerce, and a member of Center Lutheran Church. Family and friends will be received on Friday, March 30, 2018 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home.
