Sharon Lynn (Baer) Grasser

Sharon Lynn Grasser, 70, Meyersdale. Died August 11, 2019 at her home. Born in Meyersdale, November 30, 1948 to the late Walter L. and Elizabeth (Miller) Bear. Preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Grasser, Jr. Sister, Sheila Baer. Son, William Grasser, III. Sister-in-law, Catherine Baer. Brother-in-law, Oran Knopsnyder. Niece, Elaine Baer. Survived by children: David (Patty) Grasser, Jane (Carl) Yoder, Gloria (Steve) Spicer, Mary (Terry) Brown, and Marie (Brandy) Grasser. Brothers: William “Bill” (Mildred) Cox, Paul “Barry” Baer, and Richard (Sandy) Baer. Sisters: Donna Knopsnyder, Linda (Ray) Haer, and Robyn (Kevin) Broadwater. Numerous: grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Sharon's pride and joy her niece Katelyn and nephew Tristan Broadwater. Sharon was a member of the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren, Meyersdale American Legion Auxiliary, and past member of the VFW Post Auxiliary. Family and friends will be received  on Thursday, August 15 from 1-3:00 PM at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow the viewing at 3:00 PM at the M.
