Meyersdale, died October 20, 2015 at Somerset

In Touch Hospice. Born February 15, 1939

in Berkleys Mill to the late Bruce and Rose

(Bauman) Ackerman. Survived by his wife,

Barbara (Leydig) Ackerman. Children; Daniel

(Sharon) Ackerman, Robert A. (Ginger) Ackerman,

Ben Ackerman, and Leatrice (David) Wadsworth.

Step-Children; David (Vicki) Knotts, Tammy Ann

Hoover, and Brenda (Jerry) Gibbner. Eight

Grandchildren and Six Great Grandchildren.

Sister, Elsie (John) Leydig. Friends will be received

on Thursday from 6-8 PM and Friday 2-4 and 6-8 PM

at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. The Funeral

Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM at the

Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Garlick officiating.

A private graveside service will follow for the family

at St. Paul Fritz Lutheran Cemetery, Brothersvalley Township.
