Peggy Ellamae Christner, 93, Garrett. Died July 11, 2019 surrounded by her family. Born in Garrett, January 30, 1926 to the late Howard and Missouri Haer. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas Christner, Sr. Survived by sons; Thomas (Linda) Christner, Jr. and Larry (Jodie) Christner. Daughter, Diana (Donald) Hostetler. Grandchildren; Daniel (Valerie) Christner, Jennifer Nightingale, Michele (Ryan) Morealli, JoLynn (Bryan) Glessner, Samantha (Damian Unger) Christner, Michael (Leigh) Marteney, Justin Marteney, Jason Marteney, and Alyssa (Michael) Logue. Great Grandchildren; Cody and Tyler Burke, Derrick and Dylan Nightingale, Parker Morealli,  Zachary and Zoe Kelly, Lyza and Lyken Glessner, Thalia Unger, Jessie, Jackson, Dakota, and Shelby Marteney, and Wyatt Logue.  Peggy was a life long member of Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church, Garrett. Donations can be made to Somerset In-Touch Hospice 1474 North Center Ave. Somerset, PA 15501, in memory of Peggy. The Funeral Service is Private.
