Orion Clyde Reiber

Orion Clyde Reiber, 88, Meyersdale. Died April 2, 2017 at his home. Born in Meyersdale March 25, 1929 to the late Dalton and Stella (Baer) Reiber. Preceded in death by siblings; Lois Klink, Margaret (Peg) Schrock, Dalton Reiber, Charles Reiber, and William Reiber. His wife, Violet (Dee Dee Baughman) Reiber. Survived by sons; Gary (Audrey) Reiber, David (Lois) Reiber, James (Judy) Reiber, and Brion (Aileen) Reiber. Daughters; Sandy (George) Shaffer, Beverly (Carl) Leydig, Christine (Jeff) Walker, and Connie (John) Reddick. Numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren. Sister, Betty McKenzie. Orion was a member of the VFW in Meyersdale  where he served as a past 2nd Commander. Orion served in the Korean War and was in the United States Army. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, April 4 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Shaulis officiating. Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery. Arrangements by the M.
