Born March 14, 1964 in Somerset, Pa. Preceded in

death by her father, Galen Flick. Husband, William

Spencer Forrest. Survived by her sons; Nicholas

(Kelsey Bodes) Forrest of Grantsville,

Joseph (Ashley Schafer) Forrest of Meyersdale,

and step-son Matthew (Tahara-Shi) Forrest of

Aichi, Japan. Mother, Cecile (Bowman) Flick. Brother,

Galen (Tracey) Flick. Sisters; Babette Lundstrom

and Rhonda (Tim) Emmart. Memorial Service

will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2015 at 2:00 PM

at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home with Pastor

Randy Haulk and Pastor Justin Miles officiating.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions

be made to the Funeral Home to assist with the funeral
