Melva Jean (Weaver) Faidley

Melva Jean Faidley, 85, Meyersdale, died August 20, 2025 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born in Mt. Pleasant, PA June 21, 1940 to the late William and Amanda (Aller) Weaver. Preceded in death by her husband, Henry “Cubby” A. Faidley. Sister, Dorothy and Thelma. Brothers, William, Franklin, George, Ronald, and Delmar. Survived by her daughters; Sherry (Jesse) Crissey, Rebecca (Brian) Sanner, and Melanie (Rodney) Miller. Eight Grandchildren. Six Great Grandchildren and one to arrive in December. Brother, James Weaver. Sisters, Bertha Pritchard, Janet Miller, and June Mostoller. Melva and her husband were the owners of Meyersdale Floral for 20 years and Henry Faidley Trucking. Melva was a member of the Calvary Tabernacle Church in Accident, Maryland. Family and friends will be received on Monday, August 25,2025 from 2:00 – 8:00 PM at the Cornerstone Church 336 Main Street, Meyersdale, PA. The Funeral Service will be held at the Church on Tuesday August 26, 2025 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Pascal Crites officiating. Interment Lichty Cemetery, Summit Mills, PA. Arrangements by the M.
