Mary Delilah (Beal) Diveley

Mary Delilah (Beal) Diveley, 94, Johnstown, Pa. passed away peacefully on February 9, 2026. Mary was born in Meyersdale, Pa. on October 26, 1931 to the late Charles Homer Beal and Mary Belle (Bittner) Beal. She was united in marriage to Edward Lee Diveley, who preceded her in death. Mary was preceded in death by her sister Nellie Mae (Beal) Baker and brother Charles Lincoln Beal. She is survived by her nephew Gary Steven Baker (Delores), who were her caregivers. Nephews, Randy Lynn Baker and Jody Beal. Her god-daughter and great niece Keri Lynn (Baker) Morgan. Great niece Dawn Renee (Baker) Chester. Great nephews, Paul Michael Place and James Baker. Preceded in death were her nephew Donald Charles Baker and niece Deborah Sue (Baker) Wyatt. Mary graduated from Meyersdale High School in 1951. She owned her own beauty shop in Johnstown, Pa. for 30-years. She worked at L & D Candies in Johnstown, Pa. In her free time she loved making blankets for the entire family and arts and crafts.
