Marvin Lee Hetz

Marvin Lee Hetz, 59, Meyersdale, passed away Monday, April 6, 2020 doing what he loved to do which was being in the woods, cutting firewood. Born November 18, 1960 in Meyersdale. He was the son of the late Marvin Leroy and Louise Mae (Blubaugh) Hetz. Survived by his wife, Marilyn "Judy"(Wilt) Hetz. Children: Michelle (Samantha) Coleman, Jamie (Tracy) Mason, Rebecca (Glenn) Knippenberg, and Dustin Bittinger. Six grandchildren whom loved him dearly. Sister, Ruth Hetz. Numerous friends. Marvin will be greatly missed by his friends and family. Marvin was an amazing man who loved to hunt and loved being in the woods. He was a man known for his good heart and he loved helping others. Per his request, he will be cremated.  A celebration of Marvin's life will be held at a later date due to Covid-19. Donations can be sent to the M.
