Larry Wayne Merrill, Sr., 66, Coal Run, passed away June 22, 2017 at his home. Born August 12, 1950 in LaVale, MD to the late Russell and Elsie (Wilt) Merrill. Preceded in death by sister, Ruth Hite. Brother, Willard Merrill. Survived by his wife, Juanita (Most) Merrill. Sons; Larry Merrill, Jr.,  Wellersburg and Michael Merrill, Sr., Meyersdale. Daughter, Crystal Merrill and fiance Henry Jacobs, Jr., Meyersdale. Grandchildren; Michael Merrill, Jr., Eris Grotkier, Richard Grotkier III, and Loki Grotkier all of Meyersdale. Brothers; Norman Merrill, Cresaptown and Carlton (Sandy) Merrill, West Salisbury. Sister, Sharon (Alan) Sisler, North Carolina. Larry served in the United States Marine Corps. He loved to work with his hands around the house and on cars, playing guitar with his kids, and camping. Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home with Pastor Debbie Lancaster officiating. Interment Salisbury Elk Lick Cemetery.
