Justin Scott Blubaugh

Justin Scott Blubaugh, 37, Meyersdale passed away on December 9, 2024 at UPMC Presbyterian. Born in Meyersdale on September 29, 1987 to David and Darlene (Knotts) Blubaugh. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Don Knotts. Grandmother, Carol Blubaugh. Survived by his parents, David and Darlene. Sister, Jessica and her husband Roy Barron, Jr. Niece, Myla Barron. Grandmother, Elsie Knotts. Grandfather, Donald Blubaugh. Fiancee, Jenn Butler. Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Dogs, Weston and Barkley. Justin served in the United States Army, 372 MP Company, and he also served in Afghanistan, where he was a specialist. Justin was an active member of the Meyersdale American Legion and Meyersdale Volunteer Fire Department. He loved being a fireman, hunting, golfing, watching football, and was an avid Penn State Football fan. Justin was previously employed by the Department of Corrections – SCI. A Memorial Service will be held on December 21, 2024 at New Hope Church 3404 Cumberland Hwy, Meyersdale, Pa. at 11:00 AM with Pastor Steve Kontaxes and Pastor Duane Hay officiating.
