Joyce I. Saylor, 79, of Meyersdale. Died

October 23, 2014 at In-Touch Hospice House.

Born in Meyersdale, January 13, 1935 to the late

Albert and Laura (Brant) Lowery. Preceded in

death by her husband, Merle Saylor, Jr.. Brothers;

Bob, Jack, and Raymond Lowery. Sisters; Betty

Emerick, Evelyn Houston, and Vivian Lowery.

Survived by son, Robert (Bobby) Smith and his wife,

Darlene of Meyersdale. Brothers; Donald (Dorothy)

Lowery, and Dick (Joan) Lowery. Sister, Jean (Ronald)

Diehl. Three Grandchildren and Four Great Grandchildren.

Joyce attended Pentecostal Apostolic Church in

Meyersdale. Friends will be received on Friday,

October 24, 2014 from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM at the M. Ray

Leckemby Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will

follow the viewing at 7:30 PM with the Rev. Larry Stewart

officiating. Interment Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers

donations can be made to the Somerset County Humane Society

or the Pentecostal Apostolic Church in Meyersdale (Missions).
