Joseph “Nubbs” Robert Neubiser, 58, Wellersburg. Died December 11, 2018 at Western Maryland Health System. Born in Cumberland November 14, 1960 to Ronald and Alice (Morgan) Neubiser. Survived by his parents. Siblings; Melissa Baker of Mt. Savage, Michele (Jack) Booth of Mt. Savage, and Tod Neubiser of Waynesboro. Nephews; Andrew Witt, Jordon Baker, and Joshua Booth. Niece, Kaitlyn Booth. Great Nieces; Andrea Witt and Brynlie Baker. Per Joe's wishes he will be cremated and there will be no service. Arrangements by the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home.
