Jane Marie Smith, 69, Meyersdale died July 17, 2026 at Ruby Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family. Born in Meyersdale June 18, 1957 to the late James and Betty (Kemp) Bolden. Preceded in death by her parents. Brothers, Wayne, Gary, and Robert Bolden. Survived by her husband, Terry Smith. Daughter, Brandi Porter. Son, Jeremy Smith. Grandchildren; Madi Porter, Cooper Porter, and Logan Smith. Great Grandchildren, Jaxson and Braxton Smith. Sister-in-law, Linda Bolden. Nephews and a niece. Family member, Michelle Gibbner. Jane owned Janes Notary and was a tax collector for 25 plus years. To know Jane was to be touched by her radiant kindness, she would offer a listening ear, made everyone feel seen and valued, and she was loved by many. Per her wishes there will be no services.
