Survived by his mother, Shirley V. (Hutzel) Hay. Children; Caitlin (Brayden) Kerr, Camrin Hay, and Candra Hay. Sister, Cindy (Kevin) Cox. Brothers; David (Brenda) Hay and Jon (Kristine) Hay.
