Irvin “Jim” Jesse Albright, 67, Meyersdale, died June 18, 2023 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center surrounded by his family. Born in Meyersdale November 27, 1955 to the late John and Mable (Miller) Albright. Survived by his wife, Libby Purbaugh-Albright. Sons, Shawn (Jeremy) Albright and David (Amanda) Albright. Daughter, Brenda (Michael) Haer. Grandchildren; Destiny (Trenton) Swan, Brody Albright, Bradley Albright, Chance (Destinie Boyer) Collins, Dayton (Leah Marker) Collins, Shane Albright, and Natalie Albright. Paw-paws pride and joy his great grandson, Tytan Swan. Godson, Braedon Duerring. A very special friend, Scot Sturtz. Numerous brothers and sisters. Jim retired from Hoover Conveyor & Fabrication Corp. Jim loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his race family, spending many hours working in the garage. He also enjoyed hunting. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Pastor Pete Kaltenbaugh officiating. Cremation will follow.
