Gordon “Boyd” Faye Rice, 80, died July 20, 2015

at Conemaugh Medical Center, Johnstown.

Born February 10, 1935 in Barnardsville, North

Carolina to the late Gab and June (Riddle) Rice.

Preceded in death by son, Charles Jeffrey Rice.

Son-In-Law, Craig Robison. Survived by his wife,

Rose (DuVall) Rice. Survived by his children;

Gordon Faye Rice, Jr. of New Haven, Indiana,

David Wayne (Stacey) Rice of Meyersdale,

Sharon Marie Robison of New Haven, Indiana,

Michelle Renee (Randy) Rice of Acosta, and Alice Faye

Rice of Spring Hill, Florida. Twelve Grandchildren

and Twelve Great Grandchildren. Brother, Charles

Philip Rice. Sister, Patricia Rice. Memorial Service

will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at the

Meyersdale First United Methodist Church. A

gathering will be held from 6-8 pm at the Church

and the Memorial Service will follow at 8:00 pm with

Pastor Joe Lee officiating. In lieu of flowers please
