October 5, 2016 at Meyersdale Healthcare
& Rehabilitation Center. Born in Meyersdale,
September 4, 1925 to the late Samuel and Myrtle (Largent)
Cook. Preceded in death by her siblings; Samuel Cook, Jr.,
and Norma Maust. Survived by her caregiver and great friend,
James Bentz, Sr. Neighbors and good friends: Carson (Michelle)
Bruening and Jim (Becky) Werner. Member of the House of
Prayer. There will be a graveside service on Sunday,
October 9, 2016 at 4:00 PM at Meyersdale Area
Union Cemetery with the Reverend Larry Stewart officiating.
Arrangements by the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home.
