Eleanor Marie (Friedline) Ackerman

Eleanor Marie Ackerman, 88, Meyersdale. Died

January 22, 2015 at Conemaugh Medical Center.

Born in Meyersdale, July 3, 1926 to the late

George W. and Ida (Rumiser) Friedline. Preceded

in death by her husband, Clarence C. Ackerman.

Daughter, Emily Jane Brant. Survived by her

daughter, Judy Myers and her husband Ron of

Garrett, Pa. Son, Robert M. Ackerman of Belpre,

Ohio. Son-In-Law, Larry Brant. Grandchildren;

Kelly (Jeff) Knotts of Meyersdale and Lacee

(Kevin) Landis of Berlin.Great Grandchildren;

Bailey Knotts, Evan Knotts,and Wesley Landis.

Eleanor was a member of Amity United Church

of Christ. In memory of Eleanor, memorial

contributions may be made to the Meyersdale

Volunteer Fire Department or the Somerset

County Humane Society. The funeral service

is private.
