Dorothy “Dolly” Isabelle Hartman, 84, Garrett went to be with the Lord peacefully on August 21, 2017 with her family by her side. Born August 7, 1933 in Garrett to the late Silas and Nellie (Smith) Ash. Preceded in death by her husband, Earl “Moe” Hartman. Son, Earl “Moey” Hartman, Jr. Siblings; Anna Emerick, Mae Angelo, Eugene Ash, William Ash, Naomi Weaver, Ellen “Skip” Romesburg, and Charles Ash. Survived by her children; Douglas (Lisa) Hartman, Barbara (Bob) Searles, and Terry (Jill) Hartman. Grandchildren; Cheryl (Keith) Opel, Amanda (Wesley) Teets, Rachael (John) Short, Nicole Searles, Robert (Courtney) Hartman, Garrett Hartman, Brittany Wilson, Dillan Wilson, and Brooke Wilson. Great Grandchildren; Kylee, Blake, Aiden, Dylan, Tyler, Audrey, Taylor, and Ashlynn. Brother, James Ash. Many nieces and nephews. Dolly retired from Meyersdale Manufacturing with twenty-three years of service. Dolly's world revolved around her family. She will be deeply missed by many. Family and friends will be received on Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, viewing will be from 1:00 PM till time of service at 2:00 PM at the Garrett United Methodist Church with Pastor Caleb Shaffer officiating.
