David John Dunmeyer, Jr.

David John Dunmeyer, Jr., 77, Meyersdale, went home to be with the Lord on July 18, 2020 at his home. David was born in Acosta, PA to the late David John and Sylvia (Tressler) Dunmeyer, Sr. Preceded in death by sister, Clara (Dunmeyer) Hostetler. David graduated from Meyersdale High School in 1963. He was a construction worker for over 50 years. He was a master gardener and loved visits from his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survived by his wife, Peggy (Shepler) Dunmeyer. Daughters: Melanie McFarland and her husband Jim and Kathy Strong. Grandchildren: Travis (Carlissa) McFarland, and Sydney (Nick) Rosati. Great Grandchildren: Morgan and Audrey McFarland, Conner Geary, Keira and Kaycee. Sister, Doretta Burley. Several nieces and nephews. Per David's wishes there will be no Funeral Service.
