Chester Franklin Hoover, 84, Meyersdale, died on March 18, 2020 at his home. Born in Garrett, January 3, 1936 to the late Earl and Eva (Kimble) Hoover. Survived by his wife of 60-years, Virginia (Stiffey) Hoover. Sons: Jeff (Tammy) Hoover, Keith (Kathy) Hoover, Darrin (Amy) Hoover, and Jason (Jessie) Hoover. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Chester served in the Korean War, retired from the Army National Guard, and PennDot. Per Chester's wishes there will be no service.
