Marjorie Jean Shook, 85, Somerset. Died October 21, 2019 at In-Touch Hospice. Born in Salisbury, June 24, 1934 to the late Merle and Hilda (Knieriem) Coughenour. Preceded in death by brothers, Merle and Jim Coughenour. Sister, Linda Coughenour. Survived by her son, Stephen (Mike) Gauden and his wife Tammy. Daughter, Helena (Beth) Paquette and her husband Mark. Ten Grandchildren. Fourteen Great Grandchildren. Brothers: Gene, Rick, and Joe Coughenour. Sisters: Shirley Davis, Pat Rickley, and Debbie Spangler. Numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received  on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 10-12:00 PM at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow the viewing at 12:00 PM at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home with Pastor Irvin Ernst officiating. Interment at Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.  Arrangements by the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. (www.mrayleckembyfh.com)

I am incredibly sorry to hear this news. I knew Marjorie when I lived in Meyersdale. We were friends from church. She was the sweetest lady and heaven has certainly gained a beautiful angel! Rest in peace, my friend.

It is with deep sorry I have to wish the family of dear Marjorie my sympathy She is a cousin of my first husband, Charles P. Miller Sr. and assisted me with a lot of material for the Miller Family Tree. May her soul be resting in peace, at her heavenly home.
